TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS

This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules, and it constitutes a legally binding agreement.

A. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Time2Cash mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”), whether via mobile phone, computer, or any other device, and the services provided through the Platform. By accessing, registering, or using any features of Time2Cash (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY before accessing or using the Platform or any services offered by Time2Cash. By using our Platform or creating an account, you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or the services.

These Terms override any prior arrangements or understandings with respect to your use of the Platform. Your continued use after updates to these Terms shall be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

I. SERVICES OFFERED

Time2Cash offers the following services through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”):

Instant Task Matching: A platform to connect individuals or businesses in need of small, local tasks (“Help Seekers”) with users willing to complete them instantly for a fee (“Job Takers”).
Credit-Based System: A unified in-app credit system to facilitate posting, applying for, and accepting tasks or jobs.
In-App Communication and Payment Handling: Tools and support for in-app messaging, notifications, wallet top-ups, and transaction confirmations between parties.
Referral and Reward Features: Programs to reward users for referring others and building their network within the app.

II. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND OBLIGATIONS

By registering and using Time2Cash, you confirm and agree that:

You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
You will not allow anyone under 18 to use your account to post or accept jobs unless supervised by you. You take full responsibility for their usage and safety.
You will not impersonate, falsify identity, or mislead the platform regarding your age, contact details, or eligibility.
These Terms create valid legal obligations that are binding and enforceable under applicable law.
You are not prohibited by any legal authority from accessing the Platform or participating in peer-to-peer job activities.
You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all local regulations.
You grant Time2Cash the right to verify your identity or collect additional information if needed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide only accurate, current, and complete information on the Platform — including phone number, payment details, and ID verification if required.

III. OPERATION OF PLATFORM

To access and use the Services on the Time2Cash Platform, you must register and create a user account (“Your Account”) by providing accurate, up-to-date information as required during the sign-up process.

A. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication methods linked to third-party login providers.
Time2Cash is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree to immediately notify us at hello@time2cash.co if you believe your account or password has been compromised.

B. Account Ownership and Usage

Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, licensed, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through Your Account, regardless of whether the actions were taken by you or a third party using your credentials.
You agree to implement reasonable security practices, such as choosing strong passwords and not sharing login credentials with others.

C. Platform Facilitation

When you post a job (as a Help Seeker) or apply for a job (as a Job Taker), Time2Cash functions solely as a technology platform, facilitating the discovery and connection between the two parties based on task location, category, availability, and credits.
Once a job request is submitted through the app, the Platform will make it visible to nearby eligible users based on your defined filters and location.
Time2Cash does not guarantee acceptance of any job you post or apply to. Job Takers and Help Seekers have full discretion to accept or decline offers without obligation.
The identity and contact details of a counterparty (such as name, profile, and contact number) may be disclosed only upon mutual acceptance of the job within the app.
Time2Cash may record or monitor communications within the app for safety, support, or quality assurance purposes.

D. Limited Role of Time2Cash

For clarity, Time2Cash is not the employer, contractor, agent, or representative of either party. The services exchanged via the platform are rendered directly between users (Help Seekers and Job Takers).
Time2Cash does not validate the completion, legality, or quality of any task and bears no liability for task performance, delays, cancellations, or disputes between users.

E. Platform Availability

You must ensure that you download the official Time2Cash app and/or access the correct website to use our Services. Time2Cash is not liable for any issues caused due to the use of unofficial or outdated versions.
We reserve the right to modify, introduce, suspend, or discontinue features, service request flows, or modes of task facilitation on the Platform, without notice or liability.

IV. YOUR CONDUCT

By using the Time2Cash Platform, you agree to use the Services lawfully and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in India. You must not engage in any conduct that harms, disrespects, or discredits Time2Cash or any other user of the Platform.

A. General Usage Rules

You agree that you will:

Use the Time2Cash Platform solely for personal use and not resell, sublicense, or commercialize it in any unauthorized manner.
Treat fellow users with respect, whether you are seeking or providing help, and not engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening behavior.
Not damage or interfere with any task, property, or device belonging to another user.
Be solely responsible for your interactions and agreements with other users (e.g., for task completion, communication, payment of agreed compensation), as Time2Cash merely facilitates the connection and is not a party to your individual agreements or engagements.

B. Account Conduct Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Authorize others to use Your Account, or transfer/assign it to another person or entity.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including sending or storing unlawful or fraudulent content.
Misuse the Platform to cause nuisance, annoyance, or harm to Time2Cash, its users, or third parties.
Attempt to defraud the Platform or its users in any way, including but not limited to falsifying tasks, impersonating identities, or misusing referrals/promotions.
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, spyware, or any destructive code intended to interfere with the Platform.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the Platform’s functionality, perform “spam” actions, or overwhelm the system.
Impair or harm the functioning, design, or experience of the Platform in any way.
Copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform or its contents without express written permission.
Access the Platform using unauthorized or incompatible devices, or attempt to interfere with other users’ access to the Platform.

C. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, share, host, or transmit any content that:

Belongs to someone else and you do not have the right to share.
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise unlawful or harmful.
Infringes upon intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Endangers children or encourages activities harmful to minors.
Contains misleading or false information, impersonates someone else, or misleads others about its origin.
Promotes gambling, money laundering, or illegal financial schemes.
Threatens the unity, security, sovereignty, or public order of India.
Involves unverified or impermissible online games, gambling, or surrogate advertisements for the same.
Violates any applicable law or regulation.

D. Fraudulent Activities

Strictly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Creating multiple or fake accounts for abuse of credits or referral systems.
Manipulating device settings to bypass app limitations or simulate fraudulent activity.
Submitting falsified documents, profiles, or location data.
Disputing valid charges or tasks in bad faith.

Time2Cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Your Account without prior notice if you are found violating any of the above terms or engaging in behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its users.

V. COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATION

By using the Time2Cash Platform, you consent to receive communications from Time2Cash, either directly or through authorized third parties or affiliates, in connection with your account, activity on the platform, or related services.

A. Modes of Communication

You agree that we may contact you through one or more of the following methods:

Push notifications via the Time2Cash app
Phone calls to your registered mobile or landline number
WhatsApp messages to your registered number
Emails to the email address associated with your account
SMS messages or any other form of written communication

These communications may include information related to:

Task updates and alerts
Transactional messages (e.g., credit use, earnings)
Promotional offers, referrals, or rewards
Platform updates, feature changes, or policy modifications
Security alerts or verification requests
Customer support follow-ups

B. Delivery and Assumptions

Electronic communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) will be considered received within 24 hours of being sent.
Postal communications will be assumed to be received within 3 business days of dispatch.

C. Express Consent for Contact

By creating an account on Time2Cash and providing your contact details, you expressly authorize Time2Cash and its affiliates to contact you via:

Any phone number you provided, contacted us from, or we reasonably associate with you (even if it is not registered in your name);
Any email address you provided or associated with your account;
Automated systems, including auto-dialers and pre-recorded voice messages, for transactional and service-related purposes.

You understand and agree that these communications may be for both service and operational reasons and may not always be opted out of, especially those essential to your account or usage of the platform.

D. Limitation of Liability

The delivery, accuracy, and timeliness of these communications may depend on your device, network conditions, or third-party services. Time2Cash will not be liable for:

Delays or failures in message delivery
Distortion or miscommunication due to technical issues
Any consequences arising from your failure to review or respond to communications

VI. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

A. Credit-Based Payments

All interactions on the Time2Cash Platform are powered by a credit system. You are required to purchase and use Time2Cash Credits to perform most actions within the app, such as:

Posting jobs or tasks (e.g., help requests, part-time opportunities)
Applying for tasks or jobs
Confirming a task completion (from either side)
Unlocking premium visibility or promotions

1 Credit = ₹1. Credits can be purchased securely via the integrated payment gateway.

B. Credit Purchase and Usage

Credits are non-transferable and must be purchased through the authorized channels available on the Platform.
Time2Cash does not support cash payments for platform-related actions. All task-related interactions must go through the in-app system.
You will be able to view your available credit balance and usage history at all times in your account dashboard.

C. Real-Time Charges and Updates

The cost (in credits) for each action will be clearly displayed in the app before you proceed.
Pricing, including task posting rates, application fees, featured listing costs, or service confirmations, may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of Time2Cash.
It is your responsibility to stay updated with the latest credit rates and usage rules.

D. Refunds and Cancellations

Credits once used or purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless there is a proven technical error solely attributable to the platform.
If a task is canceled, rescheduled, or fails due to user or helper fault, credit refunds are not guaranteed, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

E. Invoices and Records

After every credit-related transaction, you will receive a digital confirmation within the app and/or via email.
You may also download a detailed invoice from your account’s transaction history section, for reference or accounting purposes.

F. Payment Validation

To enable secure transactions, Time2Cash may verify your bank details or UPI ID through third-party validation tools. By using the platform, you consent to such verifications for the sole purpose of enabling smooth and lawful payments.

VII. DISCLAIMERS

General Information Only
All information, tools, and recommendations available on the Time2Cash Platform are intended solely for general informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice, guidance, or guarantees of outcomes.
Platform Integrity and Accuracy
While Time2Cash strives to maintain an accurate, reliable, and uninterrupted Platform experience, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, technical issues, malware, or outdated content. You understand and agree that:

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage (monetary or otherwise) resulting from Platform downtime, software bugs, failed transactions, or network instability.

Technical and External Limitations
Access to the Platform may be temporarily unavailable or disrupted due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Hardware or software failure (including your own device or connection)
Network overload, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages
Natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of God
Governmental actions, regulatory orders, or unforeseen technical challenges

Third-Party Conduct and Responsibility
Time2Cash acts solely as a technology platform that connects users seeking help (job posters) with users looking for instant work (task doers). The quality, reliability, and conduct of either party is not guaranteed by Time2Cash.

You agree that all engagements happen directly between users (job posters and job seekers).
Time2Cash is not liable for the outcome of any task or job, nor for disputes, misconduct, or quality of service rendered by other users.
Any grievances must be reported through the support options provided in the app, and we will assist on a best-effort basis.

Jurisdiction and Compliance
The Time2Cash Platform is intended for use within the Republic of India. Accessing the Platform from outside India is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in such regions.
No Warranties or Guarantees
Time2Cash makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

The reliability or availability of the Platform or Services
The accuracy or completeness of any listings, information, or user profiles
Whether the Platform will be error-free, secure, or virus-free
Whether the Services will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise)—including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are expressly disclaimed.

You Bear All Risk
By using Time2Cash, you accept that you alone bear full responsibility and risk for all your interactions, tasks accepted or posted, payments made, and services rendered. You will have no recourse against the Company for any outcome resulting from your use of the Platform.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership and Scope
Time2Cash (the “Company”) is the sole owner and lawful licensee of all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, its design, content, and any associated digital media. This includes but is not limited to: text, layout, logos, images, graphics, sounds, videos, and code. All such materials are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

All intellectual property rights related to Time2Cash remain the exclusive property of the Company, excluding third-party content and external links.

Definition of IP Rights
The term “Intellectual Property Rights” includes:

Patents and utility models
Copyrights and moral rights
Trademarks, domain names, trade dress, and associated goodwill
Trade secrets and confidential know-how
Industrial design rights
Any registrations, applications, renewals, or extensions of these rights worldwide

Reservation of Rights
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all rights related to the Platform are reserved. Use of Time2Cash is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use, and you assume full responsibility for its use.
Third-Party Content
Time2Cash does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or quality of any third-party links, advertisements, or materials that may be displayed or accessed through the Platform. Your reliance on such content is at your own risk.
Trademarks and Brand Assets
All logos, marks, icons, and brand elements associated with Time2Cash are either registered trademarks or are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, alteration, or misuse of these assets is strictly prohibited.
License to Use the Platform
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Time2Cash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Platform on a personal mobile device that you own or control. This license is granted solely for your personal use and does not permit commercial redistribution or resale.
User Data and Content
As between you and Time2Cash, all rights to:

The data you input
Information associated with your account
Any media, text, or user-generated content
remain yours (“User Data”).
You grant Time2Cash a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this data as necessary to operate, improve, and maintain the Platform. This includes anonymized use of your information to generate aggregated analytics and service improvement statistics.

Aggregated Usage Data
Time2Cash may use anonymized and aggregated data from user activity to compile usage statistics, improve platform performance, and support marketing or service design. Such data will not be used to personally identify you and will remain the sole intellectual property of the Company.
Prohibited Uses
You must not:

Sell, transfer, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform
Modify, replicate, reverse-engineer, or derive works from the Platform
Frame or mirror the Platform on any other service or server
Launch any automated scripts (bots, scrapers, crawlers) or conduct actions that burden the system
Attempt to extract the source code or reproduce features of Time2Cash for competitive purposes

Any violation of these terms may result in legal action, termination of your account, and enforcement of intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

IX. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

While using Time2Cash, you may come across links or promotions related to third-party service providers, advertisers, or job posters. These links may take you outside the Time2Cash platform and are beyond our control. Accessing such links is at your own discretion and risk.
These third-party websites may collect personal data, use cookies, or operate under different privacy policies and terms of service. We strongly recommend reviewing their privacy practices before sharing any personal information or engaging with them.

X. EMERGENCY SOS (If Applicable)

Time2Cash may provide an Emergency SOS feature in the app to help users in case of a serious safety issue. When available, this will connect users to our internal emergency response team and may also allow you to notify your trusted contacts.
In case of medical emergencies (e.g., accidents), the platform may allow you to call for an ambulance or alert your emergency contacts directly through the app.
Misuse of the SOS feature is strictly prohibited. If found misusing or triggering false alerts, you may face account suspension, legal consequences, or other penalties as per applicable law and internal policy.

XI. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use remain in effect until terminated by either you or Time2Cash. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing to use the Platform.
Time2Cash reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Platform if:
- You breach any of these Terms,
- You are suspected of misuse, fraud, or illegal activity,
- Or if your behavior is deemed harmful to the Company, other users, or the platform.
The Company may or may not notify you before termination. Any such action will be communicated post-termination as per our standard procedure.
Neither Time2Cash nor you shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical breakdowns, legal restrictions, or other Force Majeure events.
In addition to termination, Time2Cash reserves the right to take legal action if your actions are found to involve fraud, breach of trust, misuse of the platform, or any behavior that harms the interests of users, partners, or the Company.
Any delay or failure by Time2Cash to enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

XII. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Time2Cash, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform,
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws,
- Any third-party claims made in connection with your actions on the Platform.
Time2Cash reserves the right (at your expense) to assume the legal defense in matters you are liable for, and you agree to fully cooperate with the Company in such cases. You may also choose to engage your own legal counsel, subject to Time2Cash’s right to control the defense.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMECASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
- Loss of data, income, or business opportunities,
- Damages arising from platform errors, delays, downtime, or user content.
IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TIMECASH UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED INR 1000/-

XIII. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
In case of any legal dispute, both you and Time2Cash agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India .
If any disagreement arises, we’ll try to resolve it amicably within 15 days from the first notice of dispute. If that fails, the matter will be referred to arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, mutually appointed by both parties.
The proceedings will be in English, and the seat of arbitration will be Hyderabad, India.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

XIV. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Time2Cash may assign its rights to an affiliate or in connection with a business restructuring, merger, or acquisition.

XV. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that specific part will be removed or modified. The rest of the Terms will remain fully valid and enforceable.

XVI. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Time2Cash may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any major changes, we’ll do our best to notify you (via app or email), but it’s your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Once updated Terms are posted, continued use of the app means you accept the new Terms.

XVII. NOTICES

We may send you important updates or legal notices via:

A notification on the Time2Cash app or website,
An email to your registered email address, or
A physical letter to the address provided in your profile (if necessary).

For serious issues (including anything criminal), we recommend reporting the issue within 72 hours of the event.
